Create an account

To create an account, go to the Skyone Data Platform and follow these steps:

1) Click on "Create an account".

If you already have an account but don't remember your password, read the "Recover Password" article.

2) Fill in your details, select your preferred language, and create a password.

We recommend that your password be at least 8 characters long and include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

3) After completing the fields and accepting the terms and conditions, click on "Create Account".

4) You will receive a verification code in your email to validate your information. Enter the code you received and click on "Validate code".

The verification code is valid for 24 hours from the time it was sent.

If you didn't receive the email with the code, check your spam folder. If you still haven't received it, click on "Resend Code".

5) Once your email is verified, you can create or join a "Workspace".
