How do I request support?

Here you will find the information you need to request the support that suits your needs on the Skyone Technical Support System.

Important: always use your e-mail address registered on the platform as your username.


Web Support Portal

Our Technical Support Channel is the Web Support Portal. To access this channel, go to https://portal.skyone.cloud/ .

Access is granted to all pre-registered users. Please contact your Sky.One account representative if you need to register.

If you are still in the implementation process and need support, contact your project point of contact.

When opening a new case, please always provide the following:

  • Client name

  • Client Identifier or Project Identifier

  • Severity Level

  • Problem Description

Escalation

If you feel that your call is not progressing as required, you can request an escalation to the case owner. This will engage the Skyone management level to ensure that the proper resources are handling your case properly and in an orderly manner.
