Import Integration

Importing integrations is a way of using pre-built functionalities and taking advantage of ready-to-use features. There are two ways to import an integration: other spaces and marketplace.

Below, we'll detail the steps required to import a module according to the way you choose.

Step by step

In the Integrations area, click on "Import" on the right-hand side.

To configure, choose how to import the integration and follow the steps:

In this area you can import integrations from another workspace you are part of.

Only integrations from workspaces you are part of will be shown, as long as the integrations are shared. Otherwise, no items will be shown.

In the tab for importing integrations from other workspaces, choose the workspace you want.

The platform will show the total number and list of existing integrations, and you can use the search bar to look for a specific item.

When you find the integration, in addition to the versioning and description (if any), there are the "Details" and "Import" buttons:

  • Details: button for more information about the item, such as its settings.

  • Import: button to start the process of importing the content into the workspace.

In both you can import the integration, but in "Import" the process is carried out automatically. While "Details" will display information and the "Import" button.

You can only find integrations from other workspaces if they are published or shared.

The Marketplace integration import tab gives you access to ready-made integrations.

When you click on the tab, the screen shows which integrations have been found. You can also search for modules in the search bar.

When you find the integration, in addition to the versioning and description (if any), there are the "Details" and "Import" buttons:

  • Details: button for more information about the item, such as settings.

  • Import: button to start the process of importing the content into the workspace.

In both you can import the integration, but in "Import" the process is carried out automatically. While "Details" will display information and the "Import" button.
