Each module has an Options button (three dots in the right-hand corner). When you click on it, you will see options for managing the module.
See below for details of each option:
By clicking on the "View" module option, you can check various information about the chosen item, as well as edit and configure it. The same view can be obtained by clicking directly on the module.
In this area, there are four divisions: Information banner, Settings for this module, Operations and Flows using this module.
In addition to the name, image and description of the module, you will find the following actions at the top right of the page:
Groups: manage the groups this module belongs to
Copy URL: copies the module's URL for sharing'
Duplicate: starts the sequence of steps for duplicating the module;
Publish: activates the process of publishing the module in the Marketplace;
Unpublish: deactivate the module in the Marketplace;
Update: starts the module update steps;
Share: share the module with other spaces
Export: export the module in .iac file format
Delete: begins the series of procedures for deleting the module.
In the bottom right-hand corner, you can check the version of the module.

You can duplicate a module. To do this, follow this steps:
1. In the Module "Options" button, choose "Duplicate".
A modal will appear for you to choose the space in which the module will be duplicated. After choosing the space, click on "Duplicate".
Done! Your module has been duplicated.
You can publish a module in the Marketplace. This means that you can make a module public in the Marketplace so that other people can use it.
To publish a module, click on the "Options" button and then choose "Publish".
In addition to the name of the module, the modal will display the fields Publication type, Description and Module categories.
The platform features the Major, Minor and Patch options, commonly known for updating systems and software.
Where:
Major: A significant update, such as important new features.
Minor: An intermediate update, such as bug fixes.
Patch: This is a minor update, such as correcting small errors.
Therefore, module version numbering follows the format X.Y.Z, where:
X is the major version number;
Y is the minor version number;
Z is the patch number.
B) Description
After choosing the type of publication, the text field will be available for you to describe the updates made to the module.
The Marketplace is divided into categories. When publishing a module, you can choose one or more categories so that other users can find it more easily. For example: Database, Marketing, Payment, etc.
Finally, just click on "Publish" to make your module part of the Marketplace.
You can unpublish a module in the Marketplace. This means that you can remove the publication if a module you authored is in the Marketplace.
To unpublish a module, click on the "Options" button and choose "Unpublish".
Then confirm your wish to remove the module from the Marketplace by typing the name in the specific field on the screen and click "Unpublish".
Done! Your module has been unpublished!
To share a module, click on the "Options" button and then choose "Share".
After choosing the items, the text option for the module description will be unlocked (not a mandatory field).
Complete this step by clicking "Share".
The module is not imported automatically.
Done! Your module has been shared with another workspace.
To update a module, click on the "Options" button and then choose "Update".
The modal will display the available versions of that module, including the current version and the latest version. To update, choose the version flagged as the latest version.
Once you've chosen the version, just confirm it with the "Update" button. Otherwise, press Cancel.
That's it! Your module has been successfully updated.
To delete a module, click on the "Options" button and then choose "Delete".
The confirmation screen for deleting the module will appear. If you want to confirm, type the name of the module in the specific field and then click "Delete".
It is not possible to reverse the deletion of a module
Next to the three dots, there is a star icon that allows you to favorite the modules. Use this option to prioritize the modules you want to see first, especially when there are several modules available.
If you don't use the "favorite" option, the modules will be displayed in order of the most recent edit and will follow the filters applied (ascending order, etc.).

The modal will present options for you to choose one or more Spaces to which you have access and the you want (major, minor and patch).
To complete the sharing process, navigate to the desired workspace and click on "Modules". Then, click the "Import" button. The newly shared module will be in the "Other spaces" tab. .
